We have selected a contemporary sans-serif typeface that allows for distinct layout variations and dramatic size contrasts. The final website was brought to life by adding an experience layer of subtle animations and page transitions.One of the main objectives for the new site was to attract new business and leave a memorable impression on (often busy) brand representatives and ad agencies.

Rollie’s shoes are beautifully designed and wholly unique, challenging the idea of what a shoe can be. Not only in materials and features but in how they celebrate individuality and self-expression.

The challenge

The story behind Rollie is rich and resonant, something that connects with their audience of creatives, misfits and rebels. However, this story remained untold on the website.

Our approach

Our mission was to create a site that stands as a testament to what Rollie is: Something that is well-considered, beautifully designed and original; Celebrating difference and supporting the other.

Our solution

We showcased the incredible effort and craft that goes into the shoes by highlighting their design process through rich story and 3D sections. Bringing the user closer to the inner workings of Rollie and their design philosophy.

Conclusion

We put a heavy emphasis on showcasing the many wonderful and creative customers of Rollie by thrusting them into the limelight in immersive style feature sections.
